Banana Oatmeal Whisk: A Quick and Healthy Breakfast

For many of us, skipping breakfast isn’t an option, especially if medications need to be taken at specific times. The good news is that healthy, quick-to-prepare breakfast options exist—and one of my go-to favorites is Banana Oatmeal Whisk.

This recipe is simple, nutritious, and takes minimal time to prepare. Here’s how you can make it:

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons oatmeal flour (finely ground)
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour (finely ground)
  • 1 ripe Sunpride banana
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 50 ml oat milk (I recommend Oatside)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of raisins (chopped, if preferred)
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until evenly combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 3–4 small aluminum foil cups.
  3. Steam the cups in a steaming pan for 15–20 minutes.
